Rock Cold Shabu Pork Set Meal with Iwakiyamizu Pork
The legendary Iwakiyamizu pork! Raised with water springing from deep in the mountains, this pork contains over twice the umami components compared to regular pork. In addition to collagen in the fat, it is rich in vitamin B2, which helps break down fat, making it popular for its low cholesterol content! The rice used in our restaurant is locally grown organic rice, and we strive to use organic ingredients. The seaweed in the set meal is also delicious.
