This is a shop located in a quiet place in the mountains. You can enjoy fishing even without your own equipment, and they will cook the fish you catch in your preferred way. The rainbow trout has no unpleasant smell, and whether it's sashimi, grilled with salt, or fried, each dish has a refreshing taste. There are various cooking methods like foil grilling and miso grilling, making it fun to choose. You can relax under the trees while listening to the sound of the flowing river, and the air is pleasant as well. The gentle flavors of the miso soup and pickles were delightful, and the service was very friendly.
