The combination of the dipping sauce infused with the flavor of the sea and the slightly flat, curly noodles is the best. It has a good texture and can be eaten lightly even during a round. The char siu ramen in a stone pot, fragrant with yuzu, is piping hot, and the thin, udon-like noodles are interesting. The large fried cod has a crispy batter and is generously served with tartar sauce, and the rice is cooked just right. You can adjust the flavors with the small packets of condiments on the table, and mixing ketchup and spice with the potatoes is a perfect match. The service of shaved ice and the convenience of simply holding up a holder for payment make for a pleasant experience.
