You can choose between two types of soba: fine noodles made from 100% buckwheat and medium-thick country soba, making it fun to compare their aromas and textures. The tororo dipping soba pairs well with a slightly sharp dipping sauce, allowing for smooth eating. The soba dumplings can be enjoyed with wasabi soy sauce for a fluffy texture, and the small bowl of tofu salad and white sesame dressing also has a gentle flavor. The homemade oboro tofu, when eaten with salt or the sweetness and spiciness of yuzu, enhances its umami flavor significantly. The pot of soba tea is rich and fragrant, making it delicious enough to want to drink several cups.
