The dishes are prepared carefully one by one and come out slowly, allowing you to savor your drinks in the meantime. If you leave the menu up to the chef for the day, they will serve a well-balanced selection that is satisfying. For lunch, various dishes are arranged on a tiered stand, making it visually enjoyable and encouraging you to eat. From fluffy omelets and sashimi to grilled fish and small side dishes, each item has a comforting taste. Since there are not many seats, it's reassuring to contact them in advance before going.

This shop is located along the railway, easily visible from the train, and within walking distance from the station. The interior has a calm spaciousness, and the design allows you to see the cooking process, with beautiful tableware on display. You can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine and kaiseki, with each dish reflecting careful preparation and being very delicious. The dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled omelette) is fluffy and when you take a bite while it's still hot, it brings a feeling of happiness. There is also a lunch set that allows you to enjoy a variety of dishes in small portions, which is visually pleasing and satisfying. There is a parking lot across the street, and it is well-regarded locally, so making a reservation is reassuring.
