It's very exciting to see the cooking process in front of the grill. The warm soup has a gentle flavor that lifts your spirits from the start. The pork salad and fish appetizers are also flavorful, and the texture adds a fun accent. The Ozaki beef loin is not overly fatty, and the flavors are enhanced with wasabi and salt. The fried rice at the end is fragrant and pairs well with the comforting clear soup. There is a wide variety of wines to choose from, making it enjoyable to select, and the staff is attentive and the interior is clean.
