My first visit to Pork Ramen Ajito, a very popular Jiro-style ramen restaurant in Matsuyama 🐷. I've been curious about this place for a long time, but it was so popular that there was a long line before the restaurant opened, regardless of weekdays or holidays 😅. It seems that there are more regulars than newcomers at this Jiro-kei (Jiro-inspired) restaurant, which is becoming more and more common in Ehime these days! I didn't know how much to order this time, so I ordered a small pork noodle with half the amount of noodles, yasai, abura mashi, and a little more garlic 👍. That's how much it was😅! I was so glad to have half the amount of noodles, it was a lot of guts! 😂. But it wasn't just a lot of ramen until it looked like this and the soup and chashu pork tasted amazing 😋🍜. I think I understand why everyone is a regular and stands in line for this! 👍
