I was excited by the variety of stick sushi and rolled sushi lined up in the basement sales area. In particular, the sanma sushi, which releases a gentle vinegar aroma the moment you open the bamboo leaves, has shiny silver flesh and looks beautiful. The vinegared rice has a mild acidity that pairs perfectly with the fatty sanma. The anago roll with sesame seeds has a fragrant accent, and the sweet and savory flavors of shiitake mushrooms and koya tofu were well infused. The battera I had with sweet fried tofu kitsune udon was a comforting combination. The ume chirashi, which is packed after ordering, is also colorful, making it a place where you can enjoy even the waiting time.
