The best place to go to in Gifu Prefecture is the "Gifu Prefecture's" (∩^-^∩). * In this historic building, which was moved from the villa of a retainer of Inuyama Castle, I experienced unprecedented comfort...... ☕️🌿 * This time, I ordered the "Mont Blanc Mountains Set", a set of three different kinds of food 𓊱𓍯 * ◎Japanese chestnut mont blanc (elegant mont blanc made with Japanese chestnuts and green tea) Coffee Mont-Blanc (coffee shop's mature Mont-Blanc made with coffee roasted in our store and Western wine) Early Summer Cheese Mont-Blanc (a cheese Mont-Blanc with an image of early summer, created by Satchin, a confectionery studio) My personal favorite is the Coffee Mont Blanc 🏔☁️ * The cafe is beautiful and very calm, so I would like to go back there when I want to spend a relaxing time and forget about the time 💭💭. *

Mont Blanc in the Mountains / Seasonal Mont Blanc in the Mountains / Coffee in the Mountains 3rd station I was looking forward to the opening of this store. I heard that the house has been renovated. The exterior and interior as well as the furniture and logo are wonderful. With lots of windows and a garden, it's a mysterious space that feels liberating yet relaxing. The mountain range coffee is 1st station (deep roast) 2nd station (medium roast) 3rd station (shallow roast) You can choose between the two, named after the mountains. Even I, who usually does not drink black coffee, enjoyed it. I ordered the mountain range Mont Blanc and seasonal Mont Blanc (strawberry). As I proceeded to eat each one, I was pleasantly surprised to find chestnuts and strawberries (a whole piece) hidden inside. The green tea and cookie dough were used inside, and the sweets were not only pretty to look at, but also fun to eat. I'm so overwhelmed by all the types of sweets. I will visit again. I started mountain climbing last year and plan to do it again this year.

A café created by renovating an old private house. Isn't an old private house cafe the best kind of hideout? I mean, "hideaway" is the perfect word to describe it. I had the best-selling mountain Mont Blanc, which had a great flavor of chestnuts. I had an image that there were no bad or very good Mont Blanc, but it has been a while since I had a good Mont Blanc.
