The atmosphere is calm and traditional, and my expectations rise even before I take my seat. The assortment of appetizers served is colorful, allowing me to enjoy multiple flavors on one plate. The cod roe spaghetti of the day is mixed with cabbage and tomatoes, and the aroma of garlic stimulates my appetite. With each bite, the umami spreads, and the portion is just right for satisfaction. Additionally, the octopus carpaccio and the oven-baked conger eel have a gentle flavor unique to homemade dishes, making it hard to put down my fork. The attentive service from the staff was also pleasant, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal throughout.
