In a warm atmosphere run by a family, you can enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine. While retaining the charm of a soba shop, the menu also features authentic hamburgers and fried dishes. The demi-glace hamburger has a rich flavor from the blended meat, and I was impressed as the juices spread the moment I cut into it. The Japanese-style hamburger has a fragrant surface, and it pairs refreshingly with grated daikon and perilla leaves. The shrimp tempura and pork cutlet are also crispy, and I feel that even the miso soup and small side dishes are made with care. With both tatami and table seating, it’s a place where you can enjoy your meal in a calm setting, providing a satisfying experience.
