It is a famous restaurant in Hakone-Yumoto! I had been interested in Hatsuhana, a regular soba restaurant in Hakone-Yumoto, for a long time, but I had not been able to visit it, so I visited there for the first time. It seems to be usually crowded, but since we visited around 3:00 p.m. on a weekday, it was indeed empty. Soba itself may not be worth mentioning, but it was very tasty because it was rare to eat it with yam. My partner had the hot version, but I would recommend the Seiro version. Thank you very much.

Extra Edition (Hakone Gourmet) 🚂🚂. Zaru soba @ Hatsuhana Shinkan (Hakone-Yumoto) ￥1,200 ◆◇*─*◇◆*─*◆◇*─*◇◆*─*◆◇* It's not often that I eat soba in a sightseeing spot. I couldn't help but notice the yam here 🤔. The main building is close to the station and overflowing with tourists The new building is smaller but quieter and you don't have to wait in line to eat there. You can eat without waiting in line. The soba noodles, made without using any water, are aromatic and sticky enough to hold with chopsticks. The waterless soba has a rich aroma and you can hold it with chopsticks when it's mixed with yam and egg. It's so good 🙈💕! I wanted to eat at least 3 pieces 😞. I wish I could have had 3 pieces!
