Upon entering the door, you find a cozy space centered around the counter, with a unique atmosphere that is very pleasant. The appetizer of simmered flat fish is soft and flavorful, providing satisfaction from the very first bite. The simmered sea bream and daikon have a refined taste like that of a traditional Japanese restaurant, with the flavor well absorbed into the fish. The seared bonito and horse sashimi, along with the flounder sashimi, are incredibly fresh and hard to stop eating. The fried lotus root stuffed with meat and the fried chicken tail are served hot, pairing perfectly with chilled draft beer. Despite the owner handling everything from cooking to serving alone, the dishes are served quickly, allowing for a comfortable experience throughout the meal.
