A flag stands in front of a building that looks like a residence, making it easy to enter without hesitation. The interior is a calm space primarily with tatami seating, where you can relax while watching television. The owner manages the place alone, but I was impressed by how quickly the food was served. The handmade country soba is thick and aromatic, and the richness of the dipping sauce is substantial, allowing you to enjoy it until the end. The portion of mori soba is generous, and I was happy to savor it until I was fully satisfied. After settling the bill, I was able to chat a little with the owner, leaving the restaurant with a warm feeling.
