You place your order and pay at the entrance, and then pick up your food when your number is called. The fillet cutlet is moist, tender, and full of flavor, with a light batter that doesn't feel greasy. It doesn't dry out and remains delicious until the last bite without feeling heavy. Takeout and katsu sandwiches are also available, making it convenient to stop by and enjoy a quick meal.
