The pork cutlets at this restaurant have a crispy and delicious batter. The rice is cereal rice, and the pickles are pickled Chinese cabbage and cucumber. The miso soup, however, has a strong dashi (Japanese soup stock) taste and is a bit watery. The sauce for the pork cutlets was also a little too shabby. However, we are rooting for them to do well.
