Upon entering, I feel excited sitting around a large polished iron plate. The staff skillfully cooks right in front of me, and when it's done, they quickly bring it to my side. The grilled offal and vegetables are irresistible from the aroma alone, and the flavor pairs perfectly with rice. The grilled yakisoba with offal has no unnecessary flavors added, allowing the deliciousness of the ingredients to shine through. The interior is compact, and the seating style has no backrests, but this closeness adds to the enjoyment. The interactions with the chatty staff are pleasant, and I can fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of being in front of the iron plate.
