This banquet plan features a course dedicated entirely to tiger pufferfish, including pufferfish skin, fresh "swimming tessa" sashimi, the popular "swimming tetsuchi" hot pot with still-twitching pufferfish flesh, crispy-coated deep-fried tiger pufferfish with tender flesh, and a rice porridge rich in umami. The plan also includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. It’s perfect for drinking parties, girls’ nights out, and business entertaining.

This all-tora-fugu course features fugu skin, fresh tessa (sliced raw fugu), our popular "swimming tecchiri" (hot pot with still-twitching fugu), crispy-coated and fluffy-textured deep-fried tora-fugu, and a rice porridge that soaks up all the rich umami flavors.
Please enjoy our fresh "swimming" fugu sashimi and hot pot, made with tiger pufferfish swimming in our in-house tanks. Because we have a fugu chef on-site at all times, we can offer you exceptional freshness and flavor. To finish your meal, savor every last bit of the tiger pufferfish’s rich flavor in our rice porridge.
