The cuisine is mainly from the north, with a moderate spiciness that makes it easy to eat. Khao Soi features a fragrant coconut curry soup, paired with crispy fried noodles and tender chicken, which is simply the best. Squeezing lemon or lime halfway through adds a refreshing twist to the flavor, making it enjoyable. Gaeng Hang Lay is rich in ginger, with chunks of pork belly that provide a good balance of richness and acidity. Yum Woon Sen and Tom Yum Goong also have a refreshing deliciousness, making it hard to stop eating any of them. The interior, which used to be a sushi restaurant, has an interesting atmosphere with a counter and monitors, and it's exciting to be able to discuss dishes that are not on the menu.
