The old-fashioned diner near the station in Gōshi City has tables and tatami rooms lined up in a dimly lit interior, creating a nostalgic and calming atmosphere. The menu is rich with set meals such as hamburgers, miso katsu, and grilled meat, all of which are so appealing that it's hard to choose. The time from ordering to the arrival of the food is very quick, taking less than five minutes, so you can feel at ease even if you're very hungry. The hamburger has a fragrant surface and is fluffy and tender inside, with a soy sauce-based sauce that pairs well with the cabbage, making it easy to eat with rice. The miso katsu has a crispy coating, is thick and juicy, and the subtly fragrant shiso and rich miso sauce are a perfect match. You can also feel the staff's attentiveness, as they guide customers to the tatami rooms according to their needs, which makes it clear why this place is loved by locals.
