The oden has a refreshing Japanese-style broth that is fragrant, and the flavors are well infused into the eggs, radish, and konjac. There are many varieties, and you can be satisfied with any choice you make. The signboard dish, Satsuma-chan don, features a soup made with the oden broth, which has a soft umami flavor.
