The coating of the tonkatsu is light and crispy, while the meat is tender and juicy, spreading its flavor. Katsu Juu has a gentle-tasting sauce that lightly clings to the soft-boiled egg, blending well with the rice. The cabbage is fresh and pairs perfectly with the sauce on the table. The option to change the miso soup to tonjiru adds to the fun of choosing. The traditional atmosphere includes tatami seating, allowing families to relax comfortably. Hojicha and water are available for self-service, and the friendly service from the staff was also pleasant.
