Upon entering, there is a warm greeting that makes me feel at ease. The appetizer of udo with vinegar miso and simmered flounder has a gentle flavor, and I am satisfied from the very beginning. The sashimi, including tuna, scallops, sweet shrimp, whelk, and flounder, is fresh, and the variety of textures is enjoyable. Freshly fried tempura is served one after another, and it can be simply enjoyed with rock salt or matcha salt. The sushi has a mild sourness in the rice, which is fluffy, and the fatty tuna, eel, and salmon are also delicious. I can relax and drink slowly while watching TV at the counter, and I can fully savor the mushroom soup and steamed oysters.
