This is an izakaya where you can leisurely enjoy the flavors of Kagoshima. They are particular about using locally sourced vegetables, fish, and meat, which really highlights the quality of the ingredients. The skewers grilled with rock salt are fragrant, and the sweetness of the black pork fat is enhanced, making it very delicious. The chicken liver is fresh and tender, and it was large and satisfying to eat. The tatami seating where you can stretch your legs is comfortable, and the spacious interior has a calm atmosphere. It feels supported by the locals, and you can enjoy a wide range of dishes from satsuma-age to meat dishes.
