The interior of the shop, utilizing an old house, exudes nostalgia and tranquility. When you take a seat, the staff pours liquid coffee jelly into a small glass, and it's exciting to watch it solidify. The jelly, with its mixed solid and gooey parts, has a slightly bitter taste, and adding milk and sweetness makes it creamy. The rye cheese toast I enjoyed while waiting was impressive with its aroma and crispy texture. The handmade pizza also stood out with its rustic sauce and the fragrant dough, making it hard to stop eating. As classical music plays softly, gazing at the cups and cold brew equipment lined up at the counter brings a pleasant sense of forgetting time.
