There is a shelf on the wall where you can store sauces, seaweed, and chili peppers, and a pot of ice water is also provided, which is convenient. The yakisoba is finished by the staff, while you can grill the okonomiyaki on the table's hot plate yourself. The batter is fragrant with dashi, the ingredients are large, and the shrimp is plump, which is satisfying. The oyster okonomiyaki was rich in flavor and very delicious. The slightly thick noodles in the sauced yakisoba have depth, and I kept reaching for more with my chopsticks. The table is stocked with sauces ranging from sweet to spicy, as well as aonori and powdered bonito flakes, allowing you to enjoy it according to your preference.
