It is located a little off the street, where you can spend time leisurely. In addition to the counter, there is also a small raised tatami area where you can relax. The dishes are served in a chef's choice style, and I was excited by the strong stickiness and texture of the mozuku seaweed at the start. The sea bream was very fresh and sweet, with an irresistible creamy texture. The sashimi included tuna and flounder, along with abalone and flatfish, all of which had a distinct umami flavor. The grilled shrimp and grilled sweetfish, as well as the nigiri, were all prepared with care, reflecting the chef's dedication to the fish.
