I made an appointment at 11:30 and arrived at 25 minutes. There was a lot written on the order reservation in the store, There were many people waiting in line! We made our way through the line and took our seats. When we ordered our food, it was served much faster than we expected. We were served our food much quicker than we expected. The food was delicious!

Fresh bonito covered with sauce and slightly seared. Goes great with rice. You can also serve it with dashi broth. Why not try the Seared Bonito Stacks to fill your stomach before the Carp's camp visit?

I visited during lunch time. I ordered the "Katsuo Aburi-jyu" (seared bonito). I enjoyed various ways of eating one type of fish, such as eating it as it is, roasting it over a charcoal fire on a shichirin, and finally pouring broth over it to make it ochazuke (rice with green tea) style. The family ordered the "Karaage Set. Not only fish dishes, but also meat and fried dishes are available, making it perfect for a meal for several people.
