The restaurant has a tatami room and a calming interior. The stone-ground 100% buckwheat soba has a rich aroma, is slightly thicker, and the more you chew, the more umami you can taste. The duck dipping soba has a pleasant grilled aroma and pairs excellently with the green onions. The dipping sauce is sharp, and using it gradually enhances the flavor of the soba significantly. The tempura has a light batter, and the texture of the shrimp is delightful, leaving me satisfied. The soba broth after the meal is fragrant, and you can enjoy it by pouring it from a teapot and mixing it with a small bamboo stick.
