The interior has a Japanese atmosphere, with both tatami seating and tables, creating a relaxing environment. The style is self-cooked, resulting in a crispy exterior and a soft interior, which is enjoyable. The batter, made with yam, has a light texture, and the change in mouthfeel is pleasant. The handmade mayonnaise is surprisingly smooth, and it's nice that even when applied generously, it doesn't become overwhelming. There are many options, including curry-flavored dishes and combinations of bacon and cheese, making it fun to choose. The aroma of the sauces and bonito flakes is also good, and I was satisfied with the seafood, teppanyaki, and yakisoba.
