The interior has a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional diner, with tatami seating and tables. The katsudon, with its generous amount of broth infused with the aroma of dashi, was very impressive. The thick pork cutlet had just the right amount of fat, and the sauce, simmered with onions, soaked into the rice, making it very enjoyable. The accompanying miso soup and pickles had a comforting, homey flavor. The soy sauce ramen was topped with chashu, kamaboko, menma, and thinly sliced egg, and adding a little pepper enhanced its aroma and made it even more delicious. The staff served tea, cold water, and post-meal coffee at just the right times, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably throughout.
