The showcase is lined with fried foods and grilled chicken skewers, and just looking at them is exciting. The chicken meatballs with a hint of perilla have a fluffy texture and release umami with every bite. The cartilage skewers have a pleasant combination of juicy meat and a crunchy texture that makes it hard to stop eating. The grilled chicken with sauce has just the right sweetness, and adding a little shichimi makes it even more delicious. The salted skewers are also well-seasoned, allowing the flavor of the chicken to come through clearly. When I warmed them up a bit at home, they were even more enjoyable.
