Located on the south side of Nakano Station, this soba restaurant has a calm atmosphere. The interior is comfortably decorated in a traditional Japanese style, and there are table seats on the second floor where you can relax. The cold duck soba is served in a style where the zaru noodles are dipped into the sauce, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma and richness of the duck. The dipping sauce contains chunks of duck and finely chopped green onions, making it enjoyable to eat. The grated soba comes with grated daikon, seaweed, nori, kaiware sprouts, katsuobushi, and nameko mushrooms, and you can add green onions, wasabi, and tempura bits to enjoy a variety of flavors. You can relax with warm tea, enjoy a selection of sweets, and spend a leisurely time.
