When you enter the restaurant, you first write your name at the entrance and wait, which allows for a smooth seating process. Despite having a limited number of seats, it quickly becomes full right after opening, indicating its popularity and raising expectations. I chose a mini bowl set that allows you to taste three types of Iga beef, enjoying yukhoe, grilled meat, and roast beef all at once. The yukhoe has a melt-in-your-mouth fat that is elegant, the grilled meat is surprisingly tender, and the roast beef pairs well with a refreshing sauce. The salad features crisp vegetables, and the sesame-flavored egg drop soup has a gentle taste. On my way home, I took some freshly fried croquettes and minced meat cutlets, and they were delicious even on their own, leaving me very satisfied.
