I like their "new salt ramen." We visited just after opening and they were very attentive. The first generation of ramen is delicious. The soup is especially wonderful, and I personally prefer more noodles. The combination of the soup, which is aged after simmering, and the super-aged noodles, which have been laid down for a long period of time, is exquisite. The luxurious soup is served using the first generation's production method. We recommend the new salt ramen!
