This is a small Japanese restaurant with a warm atmosphere located right next to the arcade. As you pass through the orange noren (fabric curtain), the cheerful owner in a traditional apron welcomes you, making you feel at ease. Inside, there is a counter and a raised tatami area, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere typical of a small eatery. The lunch menu features a variety of colorful small dishes in the style of obanzai (traditional Kyoto home cooking), allowing you to enjoy a balanced selection of vegetables, meat, and fish. Each dish, including chawanmushi (savory egg custard), handmade croquettes, and ratatouille, is carefully prepared, and even the rice and miso soup are delicious. Finally, seasonal fruits are served, leaving you with a sense of satisfaction that is gentle on both the body and the heart.
