In a calm Japanese space where you can see a bamboo landscape, you can enjoy your meal slowly. The thin soba noodles are rich in aroma and have a smooth texture that is pleasant to the palate. When tasted gradually with fresh wasabi and salt, they pair well with local sake. The sashimi of local fish is fresh and has a firm texture, while the tempura has a light and fragrant batter. The simmered red snapper, directly shipped from Numazu Port, is tender and has a strong umami flavor. The tai-meshi (sea bream rice) also spreads a subtle aroma, making it a perfect stop during a stroll in Shuzenji.
