Izakaya Maru is a new charcoal-grilled izakaya located on the eastern side of Lake Yamanaka. It features a Japanese-style, woody interior that provides a relaxing space for a tranquil experience. The menu is rich with charcoal-grilled dishes and a variety of a la carte options, along with an extensive drink selection. Each dish made with fresh ingredients is exquisite, and with a wide range of shochu available, the pairing with drinks is exceptional.
