It is quiet and comfortable, allowing for a leisurely time. The soba has a fragrant aroma, a light texture, and the thickness is just right. The dipping sauce has a sharp and rich flavor, allowing the sweetness of the soba to be fully appreciated. The tempura is lightly battered and crispy, and when enjoyed with salt, the quality of the ingredients stands out. The tempura of wild vegetables and tomatoes is also impressive and very delicious. The toji soba is made with a soy sauce base that brings out the umami of mushrooms and vegetables, providing a sense of satisfaction.
