Upon entering the restaurant, decorations reminiscent of the Nebuta Festival catch your eye, and you can immediately feel the atmosphere of Aomori. The seating is limited, but the distance between tables is maintained, allowing for a relaxed experience. The specialty dish, rose grilled beef, combines the sweetness of onions with the richness of beef, coated in a sweet and spicy sauce that makes you crave rice. The pot of senbei soup has the Nambu senbei absorbing the broth, becoming chewy and comforting in flavor. There is an abundance of snacks like a platter of five delicacies and smoked daikon with cream cheese, which pairs perfectly with sake. The ingredients, delivered directly from Aomori, are carefully prepared by the owner, ensuring that each dish is filled with the charm of the local area.
