The lunch comes with salad, fried spring rolls, and a small dessert, which is delightful. The chicken pho has tender meat that pairs well with the clear broth, and the crunch of the bean sprouts and onions is pleasant. They serve cilantro upon request, and adding it enhances the aroma significantly. The bun bo hue features a mild, rich broth filled with plenty of beef, chicken, meatballs, and vegetables, making it satisfying. The bun thit nuong has a sweet and spicy sauce that clings to the noodles and ingredients, and the crunchiness of the fried spring rolls is irresistible. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, making you want to try other dishes as well.
