The seafood is very fresh, and every piece of sushi is delicious. The live squid from Yobuko is transparent and crunchy, and the sweetness spreads as you chew. After enjoying the live squid, you can also savor it as tempura, where the batter is crispy and enhances the sweetness even more. The bluefin tuna from Goto has a rich flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that is impressive. The fried horse mackerel from the live tank is fluffy, and the miso soup, which is packed with ingredients, has a rich dashi flavor. When you ask for less wasabi, it’s just right, and both the counter and tatami seating are convenient.
