The appearance is modern and stylish, and the interior has a calm atmosphere. The female owner is very polite and has a gentle demeanor. The soba course features a sequence of dishes such as hassun and fried items, all carefully prepared. The 2:8 soba made with Shinshu buckwheat has a smooth texture and can be enjoyed lightly with spicy daikon and wasabi. The salt soba has a refreshing taste with the texture of myoga as an accent. The miso-based bagna càuda and the fried figs were also fragrant and satisfying.
