You can easily place an order on a tablet, and the sounds of Chinese being spoken and pots being stirred from the kitchen whet your appetite. The food is served quickly, and I was excited while waiting. The Sichuan ramen has a light broth but is quite spicy, with a unique aroma that makes you want to keep drinking it. The curly noodles mix well with the meat miso and bean sprouts, spreading umami and spiciness in your mouth, which was fantastic. The mountain of fried rice has a savory soy sauce aroma and a peppery accent, with chunks of char siu that are very satisfying to eat. The freshly fried karaage has a crispy coating and is juicy on the inside; it was filling but still delicious until the end.
