A specialty shop for unique inari sushi

Mamedanuki Senri Hankyu is a store specializing in inari sushi, a specialty of the Kansai region. In addition to the classic inari sushi, you can also enjoy unique variations using wasabi and konjac. The slender, moist tofu pouches are filled with sweet vinegared rice, accented by flavors of sesame and shiitake mushrooms. Even during times when dining out is difficult, it adds a touch of elegance to your home dining table.

When I see it in the basement of Hankyu, I can't help but want to buy it. It's bite-sized and easy to eat, so I find myself reaching for it. The classic inari has a moist sweetness, and the aroma of sesame seeds, along with the texture of shiitake mushrooms and dried gourd, is pleasant. The seasonal 'sakura inari' has a mysterious taste reminiscent of sweet, non-sweet sakura mochi, making it fun to eat. There is also a limited 'unagi inari,' which has a flipped appearance and a flavor reminiscent of unagi sushi. All of them have a consistent deliciousness, making it easy to take home and enjoy at home.
