While listening to the sound of the river, you can leisurely enjoy sweetfish dishes in nature. The salt-grilled fish, cooked over charcoal, has a fragrant and crispy skin, while the flesh is moist and tender. The subtle bitterness and salt balance well, and the aroma that wafts through the nose is pleasant. The sweetfish sashimi is also delicious, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The sweetfish kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) is very tasty, leaving you feeling happy until the last bite. It takes a little time to prepare, but the careful finishing allows you to fully savor even the fish with roe.
