A barbecue restaurant surrounded by nature

Joi Furusato Village Barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy authentic charcoal-grilled dishes while taking in the beautiful views of mountains and ponds. The interior features a prefab structure with swings, and there are open terrace seats where you can relax and spend a leisurely time. The chicken dishes made with fresh, locally sourced chicken are bursting with flavor with every bite, and they pair exceptionally well with rice topped with raw egg. This combination of lightly seasoned chicken and naturally flavored eggs offers a delicious experience that soothes the soul.

The facility, standing alone in the mountains, is easily accessible by following the road marked with signs. Upon arrival, you first complete the payment and receive a numbered ticket, and the staff carefully grills the selected meat over charcoal, which is a delightful experience. Thanks to the terrace seats overlooking the pond and mountains, as well as the swings and courtyard inside the prefabricated store, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Freshly prepared chicken is available in both young and old varieties, and the more you chew, the more the rich flavor bursts forth, providing a high level of satisfaction. The rice topped with raw egg uses two fresh eggs at room temperature, and when combined with slightly firmer rice, it creates a smooth taste with a rich depth. I felt that this is a hidden gem where you can enjoy a leisurely barbecue and egg dishes with little crowding, making it a great spot to visit by car.
