The calm atmosphere of the restaurant is clean, allowing for a leisurely experience. The staff's warm response and thoughtful attention are evident. The soba has a great hand-made flavor and a pleasant texture. The balance with the dipping sauce is also good, providing satisfaction as you continue to eat. The tempura, including shrimp, enoki mushrooms, and eggplant, is crispy and enjoyable in aroma. The small side dishes of blanched vegetables and simmered mushrooms have a homely taste, making them delicious until the very end.
