The barn, surrounded by a quiet landscape, has a pleasant atmosphere and allows for a relaxing stay. The interior is spaciously arranged, making both the counter and tables comfortable. The handmade soba is slightly white and somewhat flat, with just the right amount of chewiness and a smooth texture that feels great going down. Each serving is boiled individually, so there is a bit of a wait, but you can really enjoy the fresh aroma as a result. The dipping sauce has a unique umami flavor and pairs excellently with spicy daikon and wasabi. The menu is limited and free of unnecessary items, allowing me to focus on the deliciousness of the soba.
