It is a quiet restaurant, run by an old lady alone. With only counter seating, the restaurant still retains the atmosphere of a snack shop. The menu offers a wide variety of a la carte dishes, such as fried gizzards with bean sprouts and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). The horumon udon with special sauce has high quality fat and a plump texture. The udon is filled with small intestine hormones, so the original flavor of the ingredients can be felt. This is a restaurant where you can stop by even late at night.
